Taste Hawaii – HCCNC Mixer

Chef Alan's ceviche preparations, inspired by his travels to Peru. La Mar features Peruvian cuisine, including, of course, ceviche (or cebiche), the national dish of Peru.

The Hawai‘i Chamber of Commerce of Northern California (HCCNC) and its partners will host the Taste Hawai‘i Tour with Alan Wong and Arnold Hiura at a pau hana mixer. Join us for pupus and pisco sours and punch from La Mar cebichería peruana.  HCCNC welcomes members and non-members to join in the popular Wiki Wiki Drill business sharing program, special Hawaiian raffle prizes and a prize for the best Halloween costume!

There is no ticket price for this event, however a $10 donation to the Hawai‘i Chamber of Commerce of Northern California is suggested.

Business partners for this event include the Northern California Outrigger Canoe Association, Academy of Hawaiian Arts, Young Professional Filipino Association, Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California, Kamehameha Schools Alumni Association of Northern California, Hawaiian Airlines, and Aloha Shoyu.
