Downtown Book Fair

Chef Alan Wong will make his book signing debut with The Blue Tomato on Friday, December 3, in downtown Honolulu on the Cades Schutte Building lanai.  (On the corner of Bishop & King streets, in front of 24 Hour Fitness.)

Book fair hours are 8AM – 1:30PM and will feature Chef Alan’s The Blue Tomato, as well as his co-writer, Arnold Hiura’s, award-winning book, Kau Kau: Cuisine & Culture in the Hawaiian Islands, along with other titles from Watermark Publishing.

Kau Kau by Arnold HiuraChef Alan will sign books from 11:30AM – 1:30PM. He will be joined by Arnold Hiura and some of the chefs featured in The Hawaii Farmers Market Cookbook—Volume 2: The Chefs’ Guide to Fresh Island Foods, which features recipes by Chef Alan and 17 more of Hawai‘i’s top chefs.
